Home users

In recent years, Advanced has seen an increasing number of calls and enquiries from private customers, looking for value for money and excellent customer service. In response to this, Advanced is supporting these customers with its' existing range of stairlifts, access lifts and stairclimbers, as well as introducing mobility solutions - including mobility baths, mobile hoists and overhead track hoists.

Businesses

To comply with all the latest DDA requirements, hotels, restaurants, sports clubs and leisure centres, offices and commercial businesses have all recognised the benefits of specifying Advanced stairlifts, access lifts, through floor lifts, stairclimbers and evacuation chairs in supporting their less able and disabled customers and staff.

Local Authorities

Over the past 14 years, Advanced has worked extensively with councils all over Scotland, providing tenants with stairlifts as well as ongoing service, maintenance and repair contracts. Councils also use Advanced to specify and install disabled lifts in schools and sports facilities within the local authority service provision. Our track record in this market, and our ongoing relationship with these councils, demonstrates the quality of our products and our service. However, we also recognise that each local authority has different needs and, consequently, we offer a range of flexible, bespoke products and service options to local authority customers.

Occupational Therapists

Advanced works with a wide range of healthcare professionals, across Scotland, including Occupational Therapists – who are responsible for commissioning stairlifts and mobility equipment on behalf of their patients and clients. We offer dedicated support to this market and have developed an excellent reputation with professional healthcare service providers.

Housing Associations

As well as complying fully with all DDA requirements, our range of stairlifts and access lifts meet the needs of  less able or disabled Housing Association tenants. Our range of stairlifts, access lifts, steplifts and stairclimbers help users overcome the challenges of everyday life – inside and outside.

Care Homes/Nursing Homes
