Advanced gets a makeover

Launching today, at the Mobility Roadshow, a new look for Advanced Stairlifts.

As well as announcing the addition of mobility solutions to its product range, Advanced Stairlifts is delighted to introduce a new look for the company.

In recognition of addition of the new product range, the company is keen to demonstrate that it is more than just a stairlifts company and from today, will be re-branded as Advanced Stairlifts & Mobility Solutions – or simply, Advanced – in all its communications and media.

This re-brand is supported by new sales and marketing collateral, a new website (under the existing domain www.advancedstairlifts.co.uk) and a new approach to the company’s marketing communications.

Managing Director, Laurie Ewart says,

“With the level of growth the company has experienced in recent years, we decided that a re-brand would further support the development of the company and its markets, in the years ahead.”

CHAS Approved

Advanced has just received approval and Certification under the Contractors Health & Safety (CHAS) membership scheme.

Having been assessed on our health and safety policy statement, our organisation for health and safety and our specific health and safety arrangements, and been recognised to meet the standards acceptable to buyers and others, our CHAS Certification has been confirmed.

Laurie Ewart, Managing Director of Advanced, advises:

Outstanding BHTA results

Advanced achieves outstanding independent BHTA customer satisfaction survey results.

Latest results from an independent survey carried out by the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA),  with Advanced customers, has resulted in the Company achieving a 99% performance rating for product knowledge, product quality and customer service.
Speaking on behalf of Advanced, Managing Director, Laurie Ewart said:

“Our focus has always been to assess the customer, in their home, to ensure that we provide the right product and mobility solution, to match their needs. We are delighted in the response from our customers and the recognition this provides for the whole team.”

Advanced achieves ISO 9001:2008

Advanced is delighted to announce that the company has achieved ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.

The ISO 9001:2008 standard provides a tried and tested framework for taking a systematic approach to managing an organisation’s processes so that they consistently deliver a product which satisfies customers’ expectations.

Managing Director, Laurie Ewart says:

“We have always selected our products based on their quality and reliability and supported by first class customer service, as the recent BHTA results show- so achieving ISO 9001:2008 recognises the our in-house quality management standards.”

Mobility products now available at Advanced

In response to customer requests, we have added mobility solutions to our product range – with mobility baths, mobile hoists and overhead track hoists now available from Advanced.

As you will see from the independent customer service results carried out by BHTA, included in this press pack, Advanced’s customer service record is second to none.

We believe one of the reasons for this – in addition to the quality and reliability of our existing product range and the quality of our sales, installation and after sales service – is that we listen to what our customers have to say. As a result, we have recognised the need to add mobility solutions to our service offering.

Our customers tell us they want to continue to use Advanced for their mobility needs and by introducing these new products – with potentially more coming on board shortly – we are meeting their needs and effectively supporting our customers.
