At Advanced Stairlifts (Scotland) Limited we pride ourselves on our excellent response times and our customer service with both Service & Repairs. We understand the important role that a customer’s stairlift plays in their everyday life and the serious consequences that can occur if it breaks down.

Our fully trained engineers who are available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, guarantee to be with the customer at the earliest opportunity. Our vans are fitted with trackers to ensure that the nearest available engineer attends to any urgent calls for Service & Repairs. Our engineers carry ID with them and wear company uniform. All vans are easily identifiable to ensure clients know who is arriving at their door.
