What will the price be after my warranty expires?

We are here for you in an emergency, connected directly to the engineer out of hours. Our engineers are local, they know your area and will get to know you and your lift too.

You are not tied into a contract, so if you find a better service elsewhere you are free to take it. We have Gold, Silver and Bronze service packages available so something to suit everyone’s budget.  As standard our Gold care package includes an annual service, engineer availability 24/7, parts and labour included with unlimited callouts and great service.

extended warranty BRONZE

Service only, engineer will attend site once per year to inspect, lubricate and adjust the lift. A quotation for any repairs or parts will be given following the visit if required. From as little as 28p per day.

Extended warrantySILVER

Service & breakdowns, annual service as above with unlimited call outs for breakdowns or problems. This includes the engineers travel and onsite time with any parts being quoted for separately. From as little as 72p per day.

Extended warrantyGOLD

Service, callous & parts. Annual service, unlimited calls including any replacement parts as a result of wear and tear. Assistance is available 24 hours per day 7 days per week. From as little as 94p per day.

*Even if your stairlift was not installed by Advanced we may still offer after warranty service package following a site visit to carry-out a full report on the condition of the lift. Contact us for further details.

**  The contract does not cover any work completed by a third party or any reason beyond our control such as fire, water damage, or acts of misuse etc

We will always in the first instance try and fix the fault over the phone however if this is not possible then an engineer will be sent to site.
